DIY Painting

Hi All!

After moving in I wanted to work on setting up a nice office. My first task was to find a desk. I'd been using an old cheap kitchen table. At first I thought about repurposing the table but while I was searching craigslist one night I discovered an amazing listing. One of my old elementary schools closed and they were selling all the furniture for really cheap. Ike and I drove down and I purchased a desk!

I love green, but not that green so I put on my D.I.Y. cape and got to work.

This was my inspiration, a nice minty green.

It took a few days, but it wasn't very hard and I'm really proud that I actually revived an old item into something I adore. Yay!
