Update

Hi all. A few things are still lying around, but we are settling in and being lazy bums until school starts on the 19th (the students come on the 25th eep).

One major thing I learned about storing items for over 6 months--spiders love file boxes with openings for easy carrying (ahhh! oh goodness!).
This one was too huge for me not to contain my bloodcurdling scream when I happened to brush my hand over it completely unaware of its presence until that thing moved. I'm getting the creeps just thinking about it. AND it had a big sac of eggs. I'm not even thinking about what would have happened with those. Next time I move, I will be using plastic boxes.

One thing Ike learned about our backyard-- how to mow an uneven ground with his new lawnmower.

We also both learned that neither of us are very good at RISK, he doesn't fare well with the strategy and I only really want to build one huge army in the center leaving all the rest alone to fight against each other. World domination=fail.
