Ike already mentioned our trip out to Keuka Lake. Here are some pictures from our mini-vacation within our vacation.

This past week we also:
Drove to Ithaca and had lunch at Moosewood, an extremely good vegetarian restaurant. I had an open-faced Reuben burger that was to die for. Their menu changes daily so every time you go there's a new healthy surprise.
Walked around Ithaca commons. It reminds me of Chapel Hill--I miss it there.
Explored the Johnson Museum of Art at Cornell University.
Seated and bound man- Leonard Baskin
Discovered Micheal Ashkin, an artist who impressed me most with his cardboard sculptures of miniature landscapes. My favorite was "Untitled (where each new sunrise promises only the continuation of yesterday)" [an abridged title, the first of twenty-one lines].
Sampled ice cream from Seneca Farms--the best ice cream shop in the Finger Lakes. They have a mean Reese's pieces flavor.

Today I think we might go try to find and ride all the carousels in Broome county. You get a free button if you ride them all. This is great!
